Welcome to The Tudor Arms… a large, family-operated Free House, situated beside the Gloucester-Sharpness Canal, and just ½ mile from the world famous Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust…
The building dates from the 18th century, and was a licensed beer and cider house for the Irish Navigator Soldiers who dug the Canal by hand. Today it is a fully licensed premises with two bars offering a range of cask ales and keg ales, stouts, lagers and ciders.
We offer high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the Tudor Arms Lodge, adjacent to the pub.
All our bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, TV, FREE WiFi and tea & coffee making facilities.
Meals are served throughout the day at the Tudor Arms, or you can just relax in one of the bars or on one of our Patio areas on a sunny day.
Whether you’re planning a short or longer stay, there are plenty of places of interest for all ages in the area – see our Activities page for some suggestions.
